Professional training for athletes,
by an athlete.

Noel High Performance (NHP) is a professional sports performance, fitness and rehabilitation company formed with inspiration by an Athlete—for Athletes.

We know that a gap exists in the development of young athletes and because of that we are committed to bridging that gap through Athletic Development. We offer a hands-on approach with a high degree of personal service from our experienced coaches, trainers and health practitioners who are committed to helping you reach your full potential. We’ve worked with amateur and professional athletes with a focus on team training with highly competitive rep teams in the GTA

PHILOSOPHY
The NHP Philosophy

Quality movement looks good even to the inexperienced observer. Grace and ease of motion are the manifestations of mobility, strength, speed, power, balance, and coordination. At NHP we encourage our athletes to develop unloaded movement patterns until they are performed with confidence and as part of a naturally absorbed vocabulary. The ability to express strength in the range of motion is what will minimise the risk of injury and will translate into better body mechanics, strength, power, fitness, longevity, and wellbeing.

SERVICES
Why Train?

A body that moves better is generally faster, stronger, more coordinated, and less prone to injury. A trained professional knows how to cue and observe the critical features like the position of the knees during practice to ensure an athlete gets the most out of training exposures.

We offer individual, group and team training.

Working with Travis at such a young age started my preparation for the college level and very soon after professional. We started working together in High School and it was my first experience lifting weights. At such a pivotal time, the introduction to weights while I was still growing into my body was instrumental. I seen the benefits in my game and body right away. Travis provided much needed insight and direction that set the standard for what performance training would look like for me all the way to the professional level
